واصلنا تنفيذ سلسلة «ورشات التوعية البيئية: سد الفجوة بين العلم والسياسات»، بدعم من مؤسسة هانس زايدل، وبالتعاون مع جمعية نساء الشمس.
خصصت الورشة الثالثة للتعرف على الأنواع النباتية الغازية والدخيلة وتأثيراتها على التنوع الحيوي والنظم البيئية، مع تسليط الضوء على كيفية تهديد هذه الأنواع للأنواع المحلية والموائل الطبيعية والتوازن البيئي.
كما تناولت الورشة أبرز التهديدات العالمية والمحلية التي تواجه الطبيعة والتنوع الحيوي، بما في ذلك فقدان الموائل، والتغيرات في استخدامات الأراضي، والتلوث، وتغير المناخ، وانتشار الأنواع الدخيلة والغازية.
We continued the implementation of the “Environmental Awareness Workshops: Bridging the Gap between Science and Policy” series, supported by the Hanns Seidel Foundation in cooperation with the Women of the Sun Association.
The third workshop focused on invasive and alien plant species and their impacts on biodiversity and ecosystems, highlighting how these species can threaten native species, natural habitats, and ecological balance.
The workshop also addressed the key global and local threats facing nature and biodiversity, including habitat loss, changes in land use, pollution, climate change, and the spread of alien and invasive species.
